My pricing structure is designed to be affordable and accessible to everyone. I am committed to providing high-quality at competitive rates. I am able to do this by focusing exclusively on Lasting Power of Attorney applications and by keeping my overhead costs low.

* In addition, the Office of the Public Guardian charges a registration fee of £82 per individual application. A cheque made payable to Office of the Public Guardian for this amount needs to be sent with the application. Two LPA applications therefore costs £164. If your are on certain benefits or receive less than £12,000 per year you may be eligible for a reduced registration fee.
^ A mirror application has the same named attorneys for both people.
° This checking service can be used before you send off your application yourself, when you have already independently completed your application form and had it signed.
Personalized Consultations
I can offer face to face appointments at your home. I can make an initial appointment to take your details and requirements for the documents and handle the application on your behalf guiding you through the entire process.
In addition to this complete service, to keep costs to a minimum, I also offer an affordable checking service. This allows you to prepare your documents yourself, whether you choose to complete it online or by using a paper form and I will then review them before they are submitted to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) for registration.
The OPG has very strict requirements regarding errors in LPAs, making it crucial to ensure everything is set out properly. Mistakes may lead to application rejection from the OPG resulting in additional costs. By providing a checking service, I can review your document before you submit it for registration, helping to identify any errors and ensuring a smoother application process.
About Me
I started No Fuss Lasting Power of Attorney because I wanted to provide an affordable service to people who would not necessarily think about making a Lasting Power of Attorney application.
I first started working as a legal secretary before being promoted to a paralegal for a law firm in East London in 2000. Here I worked within Housing and Immigration Law. Since then I have worked for a number of different solicitors allowing me to gain experience in different areas of law. I have spent the majority of my career working in Private Client practice which offers tailored services for individuals and families specialising in areas such as estate planning, wills, trusts, and tax advice. This has meant that I have spent many years assisting with the administration of Lasting Power of Attorney documents for clients.
I am especially conversant in guiding individuals through the process of making Lasting Powers of Attorney applications which, for most people, can often be hard to navigate with unfamiliar terminology and who are often put off before they even start. My aim is to make this process more accessible to everyone by offering my services at a much more affordable rate - please do get in touch!
