This privacy policy sets out how I, Anna Salkeld, the owner of No Fuss Lasting Power of Attorney, use and protect any information that you give me when you contact me or use my service. I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should I ask you to provide information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

I may collect the following information:

What I do with the information

I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Internal record keeping of No Fuss Lasting Power of Attorney clients. Including financial records necessary to submit Self Assessment Tax Returns.

• I may use the information to improve my products and services, and to assist me in keeping in contact with you.

• I may use feedback or reviews of my service from you including your name for marketing purposes on this website and other marketing sites.

 

Security

I am committed to ensuring that your information is stored securely. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the identifiable information I have about you. I used a personal laptop and mobile phone both of which are password protected, both are either on my person or locked within my home. I have further password protection for my business email account to which only I have access. I will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless you ask me to, or if I am required by law to do so.

 

Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

• You can inform me in writing that you do not want your information to be used by me for direct marketing purposes.

• if you have previously agreed to me using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by informing me in writing. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
